Gaby Zahr is one of the founding partners of Zahr and Rizk Law Firm and has been a member of the Beirut bar since 1996.

Area of Practice:

Gaby has gained broad knowledge and experience from over 20 years of practice in all fields of law including matters relating to corporate and commercial law, banking and financial law, labor and employment law, real estate and property law as well civil and penal law across several industries and sectors.

His work includes also incorporation of Companies, registration of Trade Marks, settlement of disputes, negotiation, as well local and international arbitrations, all kind of litigations before the Lebanese tribunals in diverse fields of law.

Education:

He graduated in 1994 from Sagesse University in Beirut, with a Bachelor’s degree in general law.

Publications:

He has published articles related to Labor Law in the quarterly journal of the Federation of Syndicates of Employees banks in Lebanon.

Languages:

He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
