Habib Rizk is one of the founding partners of Zahr and Rizk Law Firm and has been a member of the Beirut bar since February 1994.

Area of Practice:

Habib has extensive experience advising clients in various areas of law: civil, commercial, corporate, real estate, labor, banking, criminal and many other areas.

Habib’s litigation work includes settlement of disputes, incorporation of Companies, registration of Trade Marks, Patents and Commercial  Agencies,  negotiation, working on various local and international arbitrations, as well as representing numerous clients before the Lebanese tribunals, all in diverse fields of law.

He has been the Municipal President (Mayor) of Hammana from 2007 till May 2013 and has been appointed as legal advisor to the Minister of Deplaced from 2002 till 2004.

Education:

He graduated in 1993 from Saint Joseph University, Beirut, with a Master of Lebanese and French Law, and obtained in 2006 an advanced graduate diploma (D.E.S.S) in Arbitration Law, Civil and Criminal Cassation Court from the same university.

Languages:

He is fluent in Arabic, French and English and is in the intermediate level of Portuguese.
